How can i gain weight eating healthy food's?


Is it unhealthy to eat under 1200 calories a day if your eating healthy and not skipping meals or snacks?
I logged my eating today and heres what I came up with Breakfast Fruit salad 83 calories 5 grapes, 4 straberry's, 2 prunes I had intended to make something else with more protein in it, but didn't get around to it, so that's why it was so small.Snack Organic unsalted peanuts 160 calories Baby Carrots 35 calories Lunch Salmon 170 calories Snack Daves Killer Bread good seed and some raspberry jam 210 calories Dinner I haven't eaten yet, but I am just going to have an egg or something like that so that's about 70 calories.So I will have consumed 698 calories today, which sounds really small since I feel like I have eaten a healthy amount today. I have weird eating habits, I either eat really healthy like today and don't get enough calories or else I binge on junk food and get way to many calories Is it ok to eat like that? Will my metabolism stay up since I am eating all day and not skipping meals?

Have you ever noticed how RIDICULOUS eating healthy is?
Every time I try to research some plan related to 'eating healthy' they go on and on and on telling you what you SHOULDN'T EAT. They could sum it up in 2 or 3 sentences or less by telling you what you can eat...like water and some vegetables...duhh..everything else is bad for you. And have you noticed that if you compare one plan to another, there is always a plan that says this or that is bad for you that some other plan said was OK?..and if you followed all of they, you'd just be drinking water and maybe, eating fish and some vegetables? And forget about buying stuff at the store...noooooooo... they have to make it much more difficult...like you have drive 20 miles across town to get it at some health food store and not your local Vons or you have to grow it in your own back yard...or you have to do it by hand...from scratch...on and on and on....work at it hard and hardly eat anything. Forget anything that tastes good...probably has sugar in it..a no no. And then there are the supplements...duhhh...take 3 to 5 fish oil capsules a day, take chelated magnesium, vitamin C ... don't take multiple vitamins..taking them each separately...take 3 glucosimine, yadda yadda yadda... when added to the cholesterol and blood pressure pills your HMO doctor has you on...you gotta take 30 to 40 pills a day THIS IS RIDICULOUS Any comments?

I want to lose 2.5 pounds a week for about 9 months, can I achieve this by just eating healthy (contd.)?
making the right food choices and exercising for an hour a day 30 mins of running, 10 mins cross trainer and 20 mins of weight training . I have tried so many diets and restricted myself to where I was starving then I would jut pig out, all resulting in me either losing no weight, losing weight and putting it back on or actually GAINING weight. Now I just want to have no plan to follow, just eat 3 very healthy protein rich meals a day, and one or two healthy snacks and making healthy choices by following no strict plan, just good diet and exercise, can I aim to lose 2.5 pounds a week with this? I'm 220 pounds, 5" 8.

Why do people make fun of me for eating healthy?
ugh, its so annoying I'm a teenage girl 14 years old and this may sound strange to some people, but I only eat healthy foods. and I love themfresh vegetables and fruits, lean meats, nuts, beans, everything I haven't have ice cream or soda since last summer. I feel GREAT living without junk food. My body doesn't feel lazy or sluggish..I'm also very interested in fitness.I exercise 3 days a week at the gym 20 mins of cardio, 1hr strength training And I also take pilate classes 5 6 days a week..And I'm going to take ballet classes 3 days a week..So I'm a very active and healthy girlBut my friends and family are ALWAYS bugging me about my diet and how much I exercise..My mother tells me that " i'm not eating enough" when I'm eating normal amounts. 2000 2500 calories to be exact. I don't starve myself I just eat healthier then the average American.Plus these boys I know are always making fun of me..They come over my house to hang out with my bro, and they see me cooking chicken and vegetables while everyone else is having pizza and they make fun of me for eating so healthy..and when everyone else is eating unhealthy snacks they all stare at me because I'm not eating..And watching me to see if i'm going to eat or not.. It's annoyingIt's not their life, they shouldn't care about mine they should worry about themselves and what THEIR eating..I have to admit I am very skinny..But I'm trying to fix that..By lifting weights and eating lots of healthy fats, proteins and carbs..Why am I getting picked on?

I'm eating healthy, I ate dinner just then but I feel like I'm starving and tired. Why?
I cooked just chicken and onion and after I finished I felt tired and still hungry. Why?I didn't eat a small portion.
