Question: Are the payday loans i take out (w/out a credit check) available to other possible lenders on my credit report?

If I took out a payday loans and then took out a loan from bank of America, would bank of America know that I have an outstanding debt with the payday lenders.

If BOA is the bank with which you guaranteed the payday loan, then yes, they most certainly would know. BOA would be checking your income, withdrawals, and assets for any loan you would apply for. And a payday loan would most certainly show up on that report. After all, payday loan companies have to inquire about your banking history in order to issue you a loan.

No, pay day loans are not reported on your credit report unless you do not pay them.

I had a pay day loan, and paid it off, it didn't show up on my credit report. I would think that only if you didn't pay it off, then it would be bad credit. (I will never do that again by the way.)
