Question: Can you play online on a playstation 3 with people that have a xbox 360?

The PS3 is a "Playstation 3 ". The 360 is an "Xbox 360 ". Do those two names sound alike in anyway? The answer is No. I Pity that fool.

No, that option is not included. It is very unlikely PS3 and Xbox 360 gamers will ever play together since Microsoft and Sony are concurring with each other. besides i've tried i have a ps3 and my best friend an x box and no doesn't work
